Vijay Thalapathy, born Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar, is an Indian film actor and playback singer who has worked predominantly in the Tamil film industry. He was born on June 22, 1974, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is one of the most popular and successful actors in the South Indian film industry.
